To support our new hires and invest in the future of our industry, MCPR developed a comprehensive in-house training program designed to build knowledge, confidence, and practical skills from the ground up. As a certified FANUC training provider, we utilize a state-of-the-art training environment to deliver official FANUC courses along with custom MCPR training developed specifically for our employees.

Wertz Warriors is a spectacular organization dedicated to funding the Special Olympics Michigan State Winter Games. Founded in 1982 by former Detroit Tiger Vic Wertz, the organization has raised more than $11.2 million over its history to support athletes and related programs.
Our company has supported the Wertz Warriors since 2015. With the founding of MCPR, we were able to increase our level of support and help bring greater attention to this remarkable cause. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to continue our involvement and proud to showcase our family and company’s commitment. MCPR also holds a special place for the Wounded Warrior Project; we have supported that organization since 2015 as well.
